Beth helped me buy and sell a house. She works ridiculously long hours, she would send and receive emails at 11: 00 PM or 5:00 AM. Any question I had she helped answer. I didn’t even need to attend the closing for the house I sold. I went in the day before and signed everything that was needed. I received an email with the final closing paperwork an hour after closing. Being from further south we normally only use a realtor. I needed a lawyer to sell my house in Downers Grove. Luckily I found Beth and the cost was under $400. This was a minor number compared to all of the taxes and fees associated with selling a house.
