Webinar on Short Sales for Real Estate Professionals & Trusted Advisors

The U.S. Department of the Treasury, HOPE NOW, HUD, and NeighborWorks America will host a “Help for Homeowners” Community Event on Tuesday, October 29, 2013 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107. Real estate professionals, housing counselors and all trusted advisors nationwide are invited to a free Short Sales Webinar streamed from the event to learn more about the option as a foreclosure prevention strategy when staying in the home is not always an option. If you work with homeowners on short sales, you can’t afford to miss this event.

 

Short Sales Webinar
This event explores just about everything you need to know about executing short sales. You’ll hear directly from servicers about the most effective ways to get your short sale offer approved, navigate the process more smoothly, get help with difficult cases, and close the deal faster. Also, hear from Treasury about Making Home Affordable’s HAFA program, and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will share updates. Questions will also be answered, so come prepared. Registration is required and this session is not open to homeowners.
