  1. Beth: I live in Florida – Panama City Beach. I want to become a Fannie Mae & or Freddie Mac Listing Broker in order to get more listings. I have more than adequate experience and have placed my name as an candidate for these positions through “Home-Path” & “Home-Steps”. I have been told that there was no need in the Panama City Area. I believe this is political and am willing to move or have a branch office in another location in order to facilitate this appointment. I am also willing to hire an attorney or a lobbyist in order to further this mission. Do you have any suggestions on who and how I should proceed at this point? Thanks, Ike Duren (850-) 832-0949 Date: Fri, 4 Oct 2013 13:34:16 +0000 To: ikeduren.bluewaterrealty@live.com

    1. Hi Ike,

I have heard that the way to get into Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac is through Home Path and HomeSteps websites. I will reach out to a few agents that I know that have experience with them to see if they have any tips/ideas to help you out. I do know that Fannie holds “bidding” periods where vendors such as yourself can bid on obtain work through them. I believe Freddie Mac works in some what of the same manner.

I appreciate you reaching out to me. I will see what I can find out and let you know.

      Thank you,
      Beth
